Advancement of Both Cloud and On-Premise Products Are Key to Success
San Diego, Ca — May 15, 2012 — BP Logix, a developer of BPM software that accelerates time-to-value, today announced a record third quarter for the period ending April 30, 2012. The acceptance of Process Director On-Premise and Cloud-based software are a reflection on both the traditional workflow functionality of the product, as well as its award-winning Process Timeline™ technology.
Results for the quarter contributed to a revenue increase of 42% over the prior year’s sales for the same period. A significant factor in this growth is the acceptance of Process Director’s process intelligence and advanced reporting capabilities. Process Director/Compliance Edition continues to gain traction with organizations subject to strict regulatory oversight, as well as compliance with both regulatory and industry standards.
New customers include ITT Educational Services, Inc., IDEX Corporation, Rite Aid, Synacor Inc. and TD Securities. The business processes being automated include Finance (CapEx) IT (Change control and software development life cycle), Human Resources (onboarding, offboarding and new hires) and Marketing (cost estimating and product claims review and approval).
BP Logix Process Director enables business users to define, automate, manage and report on business processes and moves business process management (BPM) under the direct control of business users. The product’s Process Timeline™ technology enables business users to review historical and current data related to business processes, specify the order, dependencies and conditions related to activities within running processes and instantly implement corrective action to overcome a pending problem, if one is present. As a result Process Director enables decision makers to make faster and more accurate decisions on running processes. Fusing traditional workflow automation with the BP Logix Process Timeline, Process Director/Cloud Edition provides product functionality within a SaaS paradigm.
“Tools that facilitate the collaboration between IT and business — and assists in aligning organizational goals — are becoming more critical to today’s growth-oriented organizations. A BPM solution like ours, which requires no coding, is being recognized by both business unit executives and their IT counterparts,” stated Jay O’Brien, CEO of BP Logix, Inc. “We are pleased that Process Director has been selected by our newest enterprise customers as their business process and workflow software solution,” he concluded.
